Refund policy
As a small startup, we do not have the capacity to accept returns for opened and/or used products. One of our primary goals is to maximize the number of pen sets we can provide to individuals with Parkinson’s. To achieve this, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards. We are a small business and do not have the capacity to properly repackage or restock returned sets. Once a set has been opened or used, it cannot be resold or repurposed to reach someone else who could benefit from it. For these reasons, we can only accept returns for unopened and unused units, or if the set arrived defective.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for items that are accidentally damaged or lost by our customers. Please reach out via the "Contact Us" form for further assistance if needed.
